  9.           pbmtomacp - convert a portable bitmap into a MacPaint file

  11.      SYNOPSIS
  12.           pbmtomacp [-l left] [-r right] [-b bottom] [-t top]
  13.           [pbmfile]

  15.      DESCRIPTION
  16.           Reads a portable bitmap as input.  If no input-file is
  17.           given, standard input is assumed.  Produces a MacPaint file
  18.           as output.

  20.           The generated file is only the data fork of a picture.  You
  21.           will need a program such as mcvert to generate a Macbinary
  22.           or a BinHex file that contains the necessary information to
  23.           identify the file as a PNTG file to MacOS.

  25.      OPTIONS
  26.           Left, right, bottom & top let you define a square into the
  27.           pbm file, that must be converted.  Default is the whole
  28.           file.  If the file is too large for a MacPaint-file, the
  29.           bitmap is cut to fit from ( left, top ).

  32.           The source code contains comments in a language other than
  33.           English.
